Filmed in Washington, D.C. on October 5th, 2018—just one day before Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation vote for the Supreme Court.

Kavanaugh, the Supreme Court nominee, had been accused of sexual assault, prompting widespread protests across the city.

Years later, it was revealed that the White House had directed the FBI’s investigation, determining who could be interviewed and who would be excluded.

In June 2021, FBI Assistant Director Jill Tyson confirmed that the investigation lacked independent authority and was shaped entirely by the White House.

The short documentary begins at the protest and starts to follow Ben Bergquam, a pro-trumper and podcaster, as he is assaulted.
